Season’s Greetings!
I hope you had a magnificent 2024! As I reflect on my past year, I am truly grateful for all of the opportunities to serve my clients near and far, in-person and virtually, individually and collectively.
As a data nerd, I love looking back and tallying up where my efforts have landed, and what topics have been of interest. It shows me the trends throughout the year, and the potential projects for the new year. I would love to hear your thoughts on what topics you see that have been in need, what priorities are coming up, and why. Here are some of the data and numbers I have crunched:
Team Trainings:
Let’s start here because this is my absolute favorite venue to offer my services for individual and team growth and development. I greatly appreciate and enjoy meeting individuals, whether in-person or virtually, getting to know each other better, and offering a more customized experience. Here are some of my highlights:

Conferences:
Montana Nonprofit Association, October in Helena, MT
In-person concurrent session of roughly 40 attendees
Topic: Division Amongst Us – Bridging the Gap
This requested topic was a tough one to tackle, especially since it was delivered right before the election when emotions were heightened all over the place. The discussion was on a number of areas of divide, but the three main focus points were generations, personalities, and cultures. We had some very positive, civil, and enlightening discussions. Be watching for a blog on this in the near future.
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Inclusion, Nov. in Aurora, CO
In-person concurrent session of 110 in-person and 58 virtual attendees
Topic: Inspiring Cognitive Diversity – to Celebrate Unique Personalities
Talk about an engaged and welcoming audience, filled with all kinds of interesting personalities!
What an honor to be selected as one of 75 speakers from over 400 applicants.
Webinars:
32 total, down from 47 in 2023
I added a new continent to my audience locations, Australia!
Although I enjoy presenting virtually through webinars, I was lucky to spend more time this last year speaking to groups in-person, so less virtual webinars are understandable and okay with me.
Topics of highest request:
1. Rookie Supervisor Bootcamp – Operation S.T.A.R.T., with 6 webinars, again remaining the number one requested and delivered topic for the last four years in a row! I now have delivered this presentation to over 30 groups of countless individuals! It is great to see new supervisors gaining the tools needed to become successful in their careers.
2. Conflict Resolutions – Prevent, De-escalate, Resolve, coming in a close second with 5 webinars, consistent with 2023. It is unfortunate that this topic remains in such need, but I am encouraged by the number of attendees in each webinar that are committed to working towards productive conflict resolutions.
3. Performance Improvement Plans – What, Why, When, was delivered 4 times, as a newly developed presentation per a client’s request.
4. Wage and Labor Laws – Overview of Essentials, also was provided to 4 audiences.
5. HR101- Basic Overview, dropped to 3 in 2024 from 8 in 2023. I am hoping this is an indication that HR roles are being filled, and these HR professionals are sticking with their jobs and successfully moving forward with their career's progress.
6. Project Management – 7 P’s, also was offered 3 times last year, and is one of my newest presentations.
7. All the other topics were consistent with being offered 1 or 2 times over the year, but I will note that two topics dropped from the delivery of 4 in 2023 to just 1 in 2024, Performance Reviews – Essentials of Conversations, Feedback, and Goalsetting, and Leading by Example – Walking the Talk. Why these catch my eye is because both of these topics are of such importance to the success of leading others, and it is my hope that they remain a priority for organizations.
E-Learning Courses:
There was a lot of activity with individuals taking part in my recorded courses that are located on my website. Topics that are currently available include:

DiSC® Assessments and Trainings:
It appears that 2024 has been a good year of self-discovery, getting to know others better, and striving to find ways to work better with other personality styles, consistently increasing in popularity over the last three years with over 160 assessments taken. It looks like 2025 will continue the trend with assessments and trainings already scheduled for Q1 of the new year. Contact me if you would like to join in on the fun and offer this experience to your team.
HR Consulting:
It’s always my pleasure to help my clients navigate their human resource management concerns, questions, and project guidance. I had just the right number of consulting clients this year so that I could give them the appropriate amount of time and attention needed.
Highlights of What’s Coming Up:
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses – MT Project, spring 2025
Coordinated by Great Falls College – Montana State University
I am so thrilled to be part of this amazing program aimed at assisting small businesses around America. The training module I will be virtually facilitating is called “It’s the People”. Every effective leader knows their organization will succeed only if they are able to attract and motivate an effective team. This session focuses on hiring and developing employees in order to build an organization that can both support growth and sustain the business owner’s vision for their company. In addition to recruiting and hiring best practices, participants learn how to develop a positive business culture that reflects their values and goals.
More information can be found here: US | Goldman Sachs
SHRM-Montana Conference in Butte America, spring 2025
I will be in-person co-presenting the 4-hour pre-session on Change Agility for Resiliency, Reset, and Refocus. P.S. my co-presenter is an amazing human. :)

Maxwell Leadership Program
I am excited to join the Maxwell Leadership Team! After the completion of my training in Florida in August, I will be an Authorized Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.
Watch for more information on what this means for you and your organization in the near future.
Wishing you a HAPPY HOLIDAY and a Joyous New Year filled with much LOVE, HAPPINESS, and PROSPERITY!
